The user is obliged not to use this Website and its services for illicit purposes and/or contrary to the purposes established in these General Terms and Conditions, which could be detrimental to the rights and/or interests of third parties or which could in any way damage this Website or impede its correct functioning or the services offered or to be offered in the future.

The rules of use found in this Legal Agreement are governed by Spanish law. Both BCVLEX and the users of the Website agree that for any discrepancy that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance and/or implementation of these rules, they will expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Judges and Courts of the city of Madrid , with expressly waiving  any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Each of the offices constitutes a separate professional structure.

The French firm is a SELARL (a limited liability company) registered with Companies House Bordeaux and a member of the Bordeaux Bar Association (Ordre des Avocats au Barreau de Bordeaux).

The Madrid office is a SLP (Professional Limited Company) registered with Companies House Madrid, and a member of the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, ICAM).

Both offices are linked by an organic correspondence agreement, establishing that each is a correspondent of the other.

Both offices can cooperate on dealing with all matters.
