Esther Abellán Solesio
Esther Abellán is a lawyer specialized in international civil liability, medical negligence and cross-border inheritance, in particular French-Spanish. Likewise, she is an expert in the management of criminal matters of a multinational nature.
Registered in the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), Esther Abellán has a degree in Spanish-French Law from the Carlos III University of Madrid and the Nanterre University -Paris X. She then completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the ICAM in collaboration with the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid, after which she joined, in 2016, the BCVLex team.
In addition, her consequent experience in matters of tourist accidents (both for Spanish abroad and for foreigners in Spain) makes Esther a versatile and persevering professional, always at the service of the victims.
In the same way, she has a training in Mediation offered by ICAM.
Likewise, she has participated in several conferences organized by ICAM or by the National Association of Lawyers for Victims of Accidents and Civil Liability (ANAVA-RC). In the same way, she has attended numerous international conferences held by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Young Lawyer sections of the Pan-European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL).
