Rebeca Martínez, new partner of BCVLex Abogados

The BCV Lex team is proud and excited to announce the appointment of Rebeca Martinez Fariñas as the new partner of our Madrid office.

She has been working with our firm since 2014 and is registered with the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).

Rebeca Martinez has a wide range of experience in various areas of law. Due to her international studies, she has a long experience in civil, criminal and procedural law, and has collaborated in numerous cases of international civil liability.

Likewise, she has assisted numerous victims of medical negligences, defective products, tourist accidents -in Spain or abroad- and collective disasters (air, sea or land accidents).

In addition, Rebeca Martinez is also an expert in the management of inheritances and transnational litigation.

She also has received training in mediation by the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).

Finally, she is a member of several associations such as the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL), the Global Justice Network (GJN) or the National Association of Accident Victims and Liability Lawyers (ANAVA-RC).

Rebeca Martínez has participated in numerous national and international conferences, and has contributed to legal research with several articles related to her specialities.

She speaks and writes Spanish, French and English fluently.
