The purpose of this document is to establish and regulate the rules of use and the safeguarding of the data of the (hereinafter the “Website”), understanding by Website all the pages and their contents that are the property of BELLECAVE VILLACORTA ABOGADOS SLP in Spain and BCV AVOCATS ABOGADOS S.E.L.A.R.L in France (hereinafter “BCVLex”) which are accessed through the domain (hereinafter “Website”) and its sub-domains.

Through the BCVLex website, it aims to bring its clients closer to the legal and research activity it carries out, as well as any other service that may be deemed appropriate at the time for the proper achievement of its corporate purpose.

The use of this page, as well as the services made available to the user, will imply full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the general terms and conditions contained in this Legal Notice (hereinafter the “General Terms and Conditions”), so the user should be aware of the importance of reading them each time he/she visits the Website. Accessing this Website implies knowledge and acceptance of the following General Terms and Conditions, to do which  BCVLex recommends the user print them out or download and read them in detail each time he/she accesses the Website.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the user agrees to use this Website and the services made available on it, in the manner and form set out herein. The user is obliged not to use this Website and its services for illicit purposes and/or contrary to the purposes established in these General Terms and Conditions, which could be detrimental to the rights and/or interests of third parties or which could in any way damage this Website or impede its correct functioning or the services offered or to be offered in the future.

4.- Scope of the website. User responsibility.

Only those pages included in the web map published at are included on this Website.

Access to this Website is the exclusive responsibility of the user. The risks derived from using the Website shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user. Likewise, BCVLex is exonerated from liability for any damage or harm which the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by BCVLex, provided that it comes from outside sources.

Merely accessing this website does not imply any kind of commercial relationship between BCVLex and the user.

11.- Jurisdiction and applicable legislation.

The rules of use found in this Legal Agreement are governed by Spanish law. Both BCVLEX and the users of the Website agree that for any discrepancy that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance and/or implementation of these rules, they will expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Judges and Courts of the city of Madrid , with expressly waiving  any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

12.- Warning:

Each of the offices constitutes a separate professional structure.

The French firm is a SELARL (a limited liability company) registered with Companies House Bordeaux and a member of the Bordeaux Bar Association (Ordre des Avocats au Barreau de Bordeaux).

The Madrid office is a SLP (Professional Limited Company) registered with Companies House Madrid, and a member of the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, ICAM).

Both offices are linked by an organic correspondence agreement, establishing that each is a correspondent of the other.

Both offices can cooperate on dealing with all matters.
