Both BCVLEX and the users of the Website agree that for any discrepancy that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance and/or implementation of these rules, they will expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Judges and Courts of the city of Madrid , with expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Both offices are linked by an organic correspondence agreement, establishing that each is a correspondent of the other.
Both offices can cooperate on dealing with all matters.
