Borja Borrego is a lawyer with a strong generalist profile, as he has developed his professional activity in different fields of Civil Law and Criminal Law and even, to a lesser extent, in Administrative and Labour Law.

Thanks to having acquired a global and in-depth vision of the law, he is currently developing his career in the field of personal injury law specialising in international civil liability. Likewise, his extensive academic training allows him to advise and manage cross-border inheritances, in particular French-Spanish.

Registered with the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), Borja Borrego graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where he went on to complete the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession. Combining his studies and subsequently, Borja has provided his services in high-level national law firms, joining the international team of BCVLex in mid-2021.

In addition, his extensive experience advising both private clients and large companies in all types of disputes, including advising on highly complex real estate acquisitions and legal management in civil proceedings for evictions, both rustic and urban, termination and interpretation of contracts and in criminal proceedings for fraud, unfair administration and misappropriation, make Borja a transversal and constant professional, always at the service of the interests of his clients.

Borja also has extensive training in Family and Inheritance Law, having completed a Master’s Degree in Family and Inheritance Law at the National University of Distance Education (UNED), having extensive knowledge to guide and assist our clients in this type of proceedings.

Finally, Borja Borrego speaks and writes in French, English and Spanish.
