Rebeca Martínez Fariñas

Rebeca Martínez is a partner at BCV Lex Madrid. She is an expert lawyer in international civil liability, consumer protection, medical negligence and cross-border inheritance. She is registered with the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).

Due to her international studies, she has a long experience in civil, penal, procedural and international law and has been participating in international civil liability cases at BCV Lex since 2014.

She has been a speaker at numerous national and international events (PEOPIL, GJN) and has contributed to law investigation with several articles related to legal subjects.

She speaks Spanish, English and French.
